Privacy Notice — Admissions

Pinnacle Academy (operated by Pinnacle Education Services, Inc.) collects the information you give us on this site to consider your children for admission and to keep in touch with you about it.

What We Collect

• Parent or guardian name, email address and mobile number.
• Your children's names and the grade they would enter.
• How you heard about us, including advertising links you followed to reach this site.
• Your choice about text messages, with the date and the exact words you agreed to.

How We Use It

Only for admissions: to answer you, invite you to visits, tests and shadow days, process your application and tell you our decision. We measure which of our advertisements bring families to us; for that we may share a coded (hashed) email address or phone number with Google or Meta. We never sell your information.

Text Messages

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See the Text Message Terms.

Where It Is Kept and for How Long

In Pinnacle Academy's secure Google Cloud systems in the United States. Access is limited to admissions staff. If your child does not enrol, we delete the application after the retention period set by the school.
